About The 3i-Program

Interculture, Intergeneration, and Integration Program (3i-Program)

The 3i-Program is a collaboration of CPAA Culture & Arts Center and Iranian Federated Women's Club (IFWC)/Payvand, both of which are 501c-3 non-profit organizations. Each has a long history of promoting culture and arts in the community. The purpose of the 3i-Program is to bring members of the community together in a safe, inclusive and culturally diverse environment where learning through the arts can thrive.

The 3i-Program is an inclusive community project that invites participation of Asian, Indian, Hispanic, Iranian and many others who have strived immerging into American culture that embraces diversity, creativity, freedom and community services.

This project will offer services to all ages in, but not limited to, programs:  
Youth Program, Senior Stars, Circle of Life Forum, and Children Book Publication. Each program is under the direction and management of its director working closely with a committee whose members are community leaders serving as advisors. Professional staff and consultants are hired to assist the director to manage the daily activities to assure to provide professional services.

The 3i-Program is the first cross-cultural community service of this kind. The ultimate goal is to share our experiences learned at this San Jose location, in the heart of Silicon Valley, to establish similar services in other locations across California and beyond.
